Return Policy

Stock Furniture Changes / Cancellation Before Delivery

Astar Furniture accepts changes or cancellations to stock items within 24 hours of your order date to avoid a restocking fee.

Stock Furniture After Delivery

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 2 days of delivery. Astar Furniture accepts returns on unassembled items within 2 days after you have received your delivery. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a $65 pick up fee on all stock furniture item returns. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (assembled are not eligible for refund). Astar Furniture does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, Custom made or any special order items.

Custom Furniture Items

Astar Furniture accepts changes or cancellations to your custom/special order within 24 hours / 1 day of your order date. After 1 day, your custom/special furniture order cannot be cancelled or returned.

Exchange on Damaged Furniture Items

If you receive your order and it is damaged, contact a customer representative within 2 days and we will be happy to replace the damaged part/item with a new one. For high-quality assistance, a customer representative may ask for a picture of the damaged item through email. If your item's are being assembled at delivery our delivery team will note the invoice of any damages. Please note that Astar Furniture warranty is for manufacturer damages and defects only. We DO NOT cover any ACCIDENTAL damages done to the items. Exchanges on damaged goods may only be exchanged for same item.
